Boris
Andrianov

At some point I realised how I wanted to spend my life, to make it meaningful and happier. My job is to play and listen to music, and my free time I give to nature and travelling.

All this came together in the project “Musical Expedition”. Now you can create while breathing in mountain, forest or sea air, watching blue or grey skies in the most picturesque places. At this moment you realise that music is a part of nature.

Together with my friends – the best musicians – I invite you to share this delight with us and think once again how fragile and beautiful the world we live in is.

programm of FAROE ISLANDS TOUR

Day 1 — 3 may

Arrival, settling in the hotel, rest time.

Day 2 — 4 may

A stroll through the capital of the Faroe Islands – Tórshavn. “Can people still live here?” you might ask after visiting the old part of the city, named after the god Thor. Embark on a high-speed Zodiac boat trip to Hestur rock and its captivating caves. Locals claim that the acoustics in these caves are so extraordinary, that the Faroese have chosen them as venues for hosting concerts. Join us for the opening of the Endurljóð Festival, featuring an inaugural concert. The delightful aftertaste following the performance will be complemented by our welcome drink, providing an opportunity to meet the musicians and the group. We’ll spend some quality time getting to know each other, ensuring the next day starts in the company of newfound friends.

Day 3 — 5 may

Continuing our journey with friends, we’ll kick off the day at the iconic landmark of the Faroe Islands – the majestic Múlafossur waterfall, gracefully tumbling from a vibrant green cliff into the churning sea. Next on our itinerary is the charming village of Bøur, followed by a leisurely stroll along Trælanípan. We’ve carefully chosen this picturesque location for a clandestine concert. After a brief return to the hotel for relaxation, we’ll venture out for another immersive art experience. At 4:00 PM, an eagerly anticipated concert awaits as part of the Saariaho og Schubert festival.

Day 4 — 6 may

Prepare for an exhilarating adventure! We embark on a journey through the Golden Circle of the Faroe Islands, featuring a delightful menu of some of the most enchanting villages in the region: Saksun, Tjørnuvík, and Gjógv. Immerse yourself in the captivating scenery of waterfalls, rocky cliffs, and fjords – a visual feast for the senses. Encounter the Giant and the Witch, eagerly welcome rain as it enhances the beauty of the Fossá waterfall, and indulge in a playful round of “Count the Sheep” – a game you might just lose!
Somewhere along the way, a pause awaits us for a surprise concert and a tasting of Aqua Vitae – the water of life. Don’t let the word “water” fool you; life with Aquavittruly becomes more vibrant.

Day 5 — 7 may

The final surge of impressions before heading home. Let’s go together to Leirvík, visit the boat museum. Then, we’llcheck our thermoses, laces, power banks, and bravely make the crossing over the Norðragøta mountain. After the hike, our local friend Jon invites us to his place for a traditional dinner. A pleasant addition to it will be a performance by a local musician.

Day 6 — 8 may

We start the day with breakfast, bid farewell to the hotel, and make our way to the airport, reluctantly shedding a few tears. We make a silent promise to ourselves to return to this enchanting place. The Faroe Islands are a destination you can’t help but share with everyone, inviting your loved ones to experience the inspiration of this magical, almost mystical northern beauty.
