2. The processing of your data through our website

On our website, we collect your data voluntarily by the following ways

– Issue an invoice and/or pay for services.

The types of collected data include the following:

– Name, surname, postal address, email, phone number;
– VAT number;
– Bank account numbers.

We receive this data when you provide it to us orally or in writing, through our website or by other means. Indeed, the confidentiality of this data constitutes a high priority for us. We will only be able to disclose your data to third parties if required by law or in the context of legal proceedings.

For example, to avoid loss, your data is stored in an encrypted «backup» and access to our space, to our computer equipment and to our files is strictly controlled. You have the following rights in relation to your personal data: the right to access, the right to amend, the right to delete, the right to restrict processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, the right to file a complaint with the competent authority. We will do our best to provide you with a prompt reply.

If the data processing is based on your consent, you can revoke it at any time in the future without any reason. The revocation request should be directed to the data processing operator, using the contact details provided in article 1 of this Confidentiality policy.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This confidentiality policy is governed by Swiss law, excluding the rules of private international law.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this confidentiality policy or the protection of your data shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lausanne (Switzerland). The appeal to the Federal Court remains in force.
