We receive this data when you provide it to us orally or in writing, through our website or by other means. Indeed, the confidentiality of this data constitutes a high priority for us. You have the following rights in relation to your personal data: the right to access, the right to amend, the right to delete, the right to restrict processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, the right to file a complaint with the competent authority. 7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This confidentiality policy is governed by Swiss law, excluding the rules of private international law.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this confidentiality policy or the protection of your data shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lausanne (Switzerland). The appeal to the Federal Court remains in force.
